blender vs KDE: alt - RMB does'nt work

If I use blender in KDE I cant use the alt-Right mousebutton (edge-loop select). The same combination is used to move a window without clicking on the titlebar.

I red this somewhere...

well...easy to fix...go into "Window" options and replace modifierkey from ALT to Meta (Win-key) and you are all set  I have it like that...and running Ubuntu as well...no problems!

... but I cant seam to find where these settings are located. Can anybody help me?
