I have the following problem: Mouse Gestures for Konqueror works perfectly in KDE but not in fluxbox.

Thats probaly because teh khotkeys daemon only works with kde ( talk about choice :: ) .
You caould try doing something to make it work seperately. -

khotkeys is not run under KDE
ps -ef | grep khotkeys
5882 5876 0 15:49 pts/1 00:00:00 grep khotkeys
But mouse gestures works correctly
One more - keyboard shortcuts works correctly for KDE and fluxbox but mouse gestures for KDE only.
