Logged in, but not logged in (solved)

Roommate trying to login to kubuntu forums. On the right says her login name. but onthe top right, says guest.
So as guest she cannot ask questions or reply.

So how do you fix this.

Fixed that problem she picked disallow cookies by accident when she reinstalled her system.

Will she ever learn...

But a side not her bank told her cookies was turned off, why doesn't kubuntu site do that
