I have an nvidia 6600 with DVI and VGA out, and an old Matrox Millenium with VGA out. I run an LCD monitor off the nvidia's DVI port, and two CRTs off the VGA ports. I had it all working; however after the xorg breakage last week I am having a strange problem -- the layout of the monitors is wrong, and doesn't change if I reverse which monitor is being defined as left or right of the LCD monitor. I.e., it's as if X is ignoring the leftof/rightof directive. Here's a link to my xorg.conf, and to the startup logs. Any input would be appreciated.
