Looking for a DivX;-) Encoder

Hi guys,

Can anybody suggest an easy to use and fast encoder for Kubuntu? I've been playing with "drip" (on X), but am not having much luck with it. Also, its very difficult to find out much about it on the net.

Any other applications for KDE I should be looking at?
