Create my own theme in Kubuntu

I would like to create my own theme in Kubuntu. Can anyone recommend some sites with simple instructions on how to do this.

"Themes" have multiple meanings in KDE. I hope this post of mine would help clarifying/differentiating the types of themes you could do:
