Amarok icon changed, how to revert? (Solved)

    Hi, just a little question.

I recently downloaded a new icon theme from KDE (the Ubuntu Human theme), and I love it.  It's a lot more calming, in my opinion, than the default Kubuntu icon theme.

However, it changed my Amarok icon from the normal blue wolf to a CD with music note.  It's a nice icon, but I like the default one much better.

I can't seem to figure out just exactly what I must do to change it back.  I can't seem to find the new icon anywhere (so as to replace it).  I've looked through many folders, particularly in /usr/share, but to no avail.  I even took a look at the script that I used in the theme's download, but that didn't provide any clues (at least, not for me).

Could anyone help?  I'd really like to revert my Amarok icon without switching the entire theme.  I like most of the icons in this set a whole lot, I just disagree with a few and would like to change them!

I'm sure it's something simple I'm overlooking .. which is why I'm asking here.  I hope someone has a better idea than I do.  Thank you!

    Edit: Solution's below, thanks Jucato!

The icons that you (as a normal user) installed will be found in ~/.kde/share/icons

I'm not really sure, though, on how to exactly make the old Amarok icon appear again. I think you would probably have to delete a lot of icons, coz there's an icon for each size (22x22, 32x32, 48x48, etc).

Oh thank you! I should have thought of that, I knew it was under my nose, so to speak. I don't mind going through all the sizes, because I did that once before when I wanted to change my K Menu icon to the Kubuntu logo. Anyway, I think I found the Amarok icon in all the different sizes in a different folder when I did a locate: search in Konqueror, so the work may already be done for me.

      Thanks again!

KDE follows a sort of hierarchy when searching for which icons to use for an application.

        1. It first looks for the appropriate icon in the icon theme, usually installed either in ~/.kde/share/icons (user installed) or /usr/share/icons (root/system installed)
        2. If it can't find one there, it then looks for the icon in the distribution's default icon them. In Kubuntu's case, it's the Crystal SVG icon theme.
        3. If it still can't find it there, it will then look for it in KDE's default icon set, which is the hicolor theme.
        4. If there's still no icon available by this time, a white generic icon will be used.

The blue wolf Amarok icon is found in the hicolor icon theme.

And that is where I found it, actually!  Thanks so much for sharing that hierarchy with me, I was truly wondering about that!  I noticed there were similar icons all over the place, and I was wondering which were used over which.  Thanks once again.

Hey guys is there a way to change amarok's default icon, the blue fox? I wanted to change it to another icon in the Crystal Diamond set. I think its a yellow fox...
