    Keyboard shortcuts in konqueror

I modified some shortcuts in konqueror. Everything works fine, except that they don't persist from one session to the other. When I open an new window (even a new tab), my shortcuts are back their default values. After watching konqueror from a console, it seems that it wants to write my settings to ~/.kde/share/apps/khtml/ but it gets a "denied permission". On my system, the permissions on this folder are set to:

    drwx------ 2 root  root  4096 2006-02-28 21:31 khtml

Anybody knows if this is the normal setting? Is there a security risk in giving write access to other users? Maybe I could transfer it to my user? Tanks for your help!

Every file in ~user/.kde and below is owned by user on my system. Should be safe to chown it back to you.

Thanks ! I wonder who gave the folder to root in the first place (I just checked: it' empty !).
