    Install a new theme ???

Ok guys I know I'm just not getting it. I download a new appearance "theme" and un-tared and unzipped it. So I'm left with a folder that has 2 directories in it, an install.sh file and 2 readme files as well as 2 .skin files.

The directory looks something like this
    drwxr-xr-x 4 peterwor peterwor 4096 2006-07-30 09:41 .
    drwxr-xr-x 3 peterwor peterwor 4096 2006-08-13 00:43 ..
    -rwxr-xr-x 1 peterwor peterwor 824 2006-07-16 21:36 install.sh
    -rw-r--r-- 1 peterwor peterwor 931 2006-07-16 21:36 manual.readme
    -rw-r--r-- 1 peterwor peterwor 68 2006-07-19 21:00 readme.txt
    drwxr-xr-x 2 peterwor peterwor 4096 2006-07-16 21:36 tabs
    -rw-r--r-- 1 peterwor peterwor 692 2006-07-16 21:36 tabs.skin
    drwxr-xr-x 2 peterwor peterwor 4096 2006-07-29 10:17 title
    -rw-r--r-- 1 peterwor peterwor 645 2006-07-30 09:41 title.skin

How the heck do i actually install this theme? If I use the control panel and the "theme' tab or page and the "install theme" button, I get to search through a directory but none of the files seem to be recognized as type 'theme' and are usable to install.
What am I doing wrong ?

    Help me! Pretty

    Re: Install a new theme

Looks like there isn't a 'theme' file included...the author has probably made the install.sh script as means for installing it...You might want to have a look at those 'readme.txt' and 'manual.readme' files, they 'should' give you instructions on how to install.

Of course you always should be cautious when running scripts from 'unknown' sources...so it might be a good idea to inspect the script file with a text editor just to be sure there isn't anything fishy there

Where did you get the "theme"...and what is it called? Is it a full KDE theme or something else?
