i was wondering if anyone here is familiar with running a belkin battery backup? i had been using one for a while, without using the software to manage it (autoshutdowns and such) and i finally decided to install the software. it appears to have installed. it appears to be running. but i cannot open the monitoring tool to configure it. i'm going in through a root shell session. i'm in the right directory, but when i run the monitor command, i get a message saying "Can't Open Display". can anyone help?
- If you have copied text output that contains formatting (colors, highlighting, etc.), please do not enclose it in QUOTE or CODE tags. Just right-click your mouse and choose "Paste Without Formatting" or similar (Paste as plain text).
