Firefox

OK so i know I am a n00b and all but...after finally getting firefox to install, it will not execute.  I find it on the K menu under internet, when I click on it it appears as though it is starting, window place holder in panel and the icon bounces under the mouse pointer, then nothing happens. It doesnt lock up, it just goes away.

installed from source or using adept?.....

type firefox in konsole and see if you got any errors and post them on here.....

I have tried both. From Konsole I get:
/opt/firefox/run-mozilla.sh: line 166: /opt/firefox/firefox-bin: cannot execute binary file

It is ppc. Thanks for the link.  I think this would do it.  i have the tar just dont know exactly what to do next
