Preventing Session Restoration

Appologies if this has been posted before but I was unable to find a relevant thread.

I've searched throughout the System Settings and I have been unable to find an option or a means of preventing my previous session from being restored when I log on. All I want is a fresh session every time I login. How can I do this?

Try System Settings > KDE Components > Session Manager options > choose "Start with an empty session"
