    apt-get

    Hi,

    I have a problem with apt-get dist-upgrade..it says:

The following packages have been kept back:
akregator ark artsbuilder kaddressbook kamera karm kate kaudiocreator kcalc
    kcontrol kcron kdeadmin-kfile-plugins kdebase-bin kdebase-kio-plugins
    kdegraphics-kfile-plugins kdelibs4c2a kdemultimedia-kfile-plugins
    kdemultimedia-kio-plugins kdenetwork-filesharing kdenetwork-kfile-plugins
    kdepasswd kdepim-kio-plugins kdepim-kresources kdepim-wizards kdeprint
kdesktop kdm kdnssd kfind kghostview kicker klaptopdaemon klipper kmenuedit
kmilo kmix knetworkconf knotes konq-plugins konqueror konqueror-nsplugins
konsole kontact kooka korganizer kpdf kpf kppp krdc krfb kscd kscreensaver
ksmserver ksnapshot ksplash ksvg ksysguard ksysguardd kwin libcvsservice0
    libkcal2b libkcddb1 libkdepim1a libkleopatra1 libkmime2 libkonq4
    libkpimexchange1 libkpimidentities1 libkscan1 libksieve0 libktnef1
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 71 not upgraded.

When I open Adept, I do a right-click on a package upgradable, request upgrade and it says BREAK(upgrade)

I have try apt-get install -f and apt-get check, no error found. I think it sinces I do what it says on http://kubuntu.org/announcements/kde-354.php to install new version of kde.

    Thank you for your help

    Re: apt-get

    Hi,

To see what package is getting you wrong, you should try to install one of this one :
    sudo apt-get install ark
if a package is blocking you, so try to remove it, usually it will be replaced.

    Cheers
