Strange problem after restarting

Good evening everyone

Yet again, I have a strange problem

Every time I reboot or just turn off the machine, I am sent to a black screen (no text at all) and the OS just seem to hang from there. I have to hold the power button in order for machine to turn off.

What's the problem here??
