I tried to upgrading to kde 3.5.4. Now the package kde-i18n-zhcn cannot be upgraded because it depends on the package language-pack-kde-zhcn, which does not exist in the repositories. How to solve this? Thanks!!

I can't solve your problem. The only thing I can say is that it is a genuine packaging bug. I think you should report it as such at Malone, the Ubuntu bug-tracker: https://launchpad.net/malone There is a similar looking (but more specialized, I think) bug at #39246, but because it is more specialized it is only rated moderate in importance. I think you're bug might be morer important than that.and therefore should be reported.
