whats the diff between dapper1 and dapper2

I just did a dist-upgrade with synaptic then opened adept to find more upgrade (35) where the change is the same version number but ends in ~dapper2 rather that ~dapper1 e.g.
Candidate Version 4:3.5.4-0ubuntu1~dapper2
Installed Version 4:3.5.4-0ubuntu1~dapper1
Whats the difference? And is it a goer?

I just means that it's a 2nd version/release for dapper of that package.
