Drapper / Wireless / Source / Kernel

Hi all,
Does anyone know if the source for the wireless section of the kernel is included in this release?
If not, what kind of kernel tinkering can I do with Kubuntu linux?
Does Dapper Drake has all the tools (compiler etc) and kernel source for kernel development work?
I am currently using RH8 + madwifi for my proxim pcmcia.
