Konqurer proxy settings problem

i am using konqurer on ubuntu gnome.
i have following proxy settings: 121.0.0.1 at port 5865 (NTLM proxy server settings as i m behind an ISAserver so i m using this script).
fire fox is running well on these setting while konqurer gives this erre

An error occurred while loading http://urduweb.org/:
Timeout on server
Proxy 121.0.0.1 at port 5865
...................................
can some one tell how can i specify the settings to correct it.

In KDE, you would set that up using K>"System Settings">Connections>Proxy from the GUI. I assume that in real life this modifies a conf file somewhere in /etc, but I don't see anything relevant in /etc/network.

If you're using Gnome, what's the matter with Galeon, or Epiphany?

firefox is working on this proxy but its unicode support is very bad. it was very good in breezy but in DD it has a big bug. it does not support urdu ( my local language) as its previous versions were.
Epiphany has no option to change the proxy settings.
Galeon i have not tried yet. Opera has also the same problem.

Epiphany is described as a "simple browser for Gnome", whereas Galeon is described as an "Advanced Browser", those terms are from memory and might be wrong in detail, but they convey the general impression of the difference between them. So I would try Galeon before giving up on Gnome browsers. Another thought: Is there Urdu support in SCIM or, for konqueror, SKIM?
