Spyware?......

should i be worried about it?.....
i know for the most part, i dont have to worry about viruses but do i have to worry about adware or spyware?.....

the reason i ask is because this morning i typed myspace.com and it sent me to some "adult" themed myspace page instead.....
i cleared the cache and it went back to normal.....

What browser you use?
Do you try to use proxies?
