KOrganizer: How do I delete multiple events/dates?

Am I totally missing something, or is it not possible to delete multiple events or multiple days in KOrganizer? I have not opened KOrganizer for a long time, so I have a few weeks of event-filled days (around 10 recurring events each day) spanning around 2 weeks. I'd hate to delete them one event at a time, per day.

I also don't want to delete my whole Calendar resource as I still have some important info from that calendar that I would like to preserve.

Any ideas?

I haven't found a way to remove multiple events (which doesn't mean it doesn't exist, of course :P)

You can remove multiple/all instances of reoccurring events though

Not knowing how to do this, or not even having an "intuitive" way to do this, is really one of the very few things that irks me about KOrganizer.

But then again, Evolution doesn't have this feature either. Now I'm beginning to wonder if MS Outlook doesn't have this feature, too.

Or is it just their subtle way of saying "don't put too many entries per day/per month"
