    Can't start Swiftfox or Thunderbird

    When I try to start S/F or T/B from the kicker shortcuts I get nothing. Tried to start them from the C/L and get the following results:-

    garylowe@ubuntu:~$ firefox
    /opt/swiftfox/run-mozilla.sh: line 131: 20760 Segmentation fault      "$prog" ${1+"$@"}
    garylowe@ubuntu:~$ thunderbird
    /home/garylowe/thunderbird/run-mozilla.sh: line 131: 21224 Segmentation fault      "$prog" ${1+"$@"}

    I don't think I was doing anything that would have caused this. Could someone give me a clue as to how to get these going again, please.

    Cheers

    Tried to run synaptic and it won't go either.

    garylowe@ubuntu:~$ synaptic
    Segmentation fault

    I wonder if something has happened to my gtk thingy (tech talk).

    Nevermind, fixed it. Don't know exactly what I did. Uninstalled a heap of Gnome things as per aysiu's guide on Psychocats and fiddled a bit and it worked. Thanks for taking the time to read about my problem.
