    Loopback filesystems under k/ubuntu

I recently migrated from Mandriva/Mandrake which I'd used for years. Mandriva has a nifty program called drakloop, with a couple of utilities called mountloop umountloop which allow you to mount filesystems in a file (encrypted, iso, etc.) I've been poking around for a couple of days and I'm wondering if, perchance, there is something equivalent in kubuntu.

    TIA,
    Dave
