sweet didnt think about the new dependencies, dist -upgrade works well! Memory serves man memory serves, Thanks you all the help eveyone!

Same exact problem I'm having, and trying to get Amarok to install.
As everyone says its the best for playlists and such. Right now
I'm using VLC for my podcasts.

Hey all,

Using the 6.06 lts release, straight clean install from cd, updated all the way no out of sort repos, everything upgraded except, amarok! I added the repo for 1.4 and if i tried to upgrade in adept it said break install, so got rid of that repo and added the 1.4.1 repo and still cant upgrade from 1.3.9, in adept it just keeps saying break install, anyone else having these probs, or just me, and if so any one know what to do cause I am stumped?
