After " Request Install" or "Request Removal" click "Apply Changes" (on the toolbar) The reason that it doesnt start automatically is because you may need to do installs (or removals) of many programs at once.

However. When i type, Apt-get update in the Konsole i get this,

( Kunde inte ansluta till- Is swedish and it means, Could not connect to...)
It is normal. You must have admin rights for this task. So type:
sudo apt-get update and then give your password...

it's when i type Sudo Apt-get update the " could not connect to" message apear... Thats what i think is so strange...

In Adept i request install and press Apply, and it won't start downloading.

After a while a Sign shows up, the message is, Could not start downloading, some packages could be damages. ( Or something like that )

My friend belives that it is somthing messed up whit the Network driver but i don't no?

( Forgive me for my bad english, I am a swede u know ;-) )

The only probable reason I could think of is that your network/internet connection is having problems accessing the Ubuntu servers or that the local Ubuntu servers you are using (se.archive.ubuntu.com) is having some problems.

You could probably try using/connecting to a different server by modifying your sources.list. Try removing the "se." part of the repositories. That will probably connect you directly to the main Ubuntu servers. If that doesn't work, the problem may really be with your internet connection.

Has your friend been successful in doing apt-get update? (If he uses Kubuntu)

Maybe there is, also, something you don't do correctly. For exemple, I have just seen that you type the command with some uppercase letters.
Sudo Apt-get is not correct. You must type: sudo apt-get

Linux is case sensitive. A is different from a.

PS As for the repositories you can replace the 'se' by another country.
I use 'fr'  and  repositories are OK. This way you can test them at least.

Adept/View/Manage repositories and double-click where you want to make the correction. Or type in the Konsole: kdesu kate /etc/apt/sources.list to make the corrections from there.
