Digikam does not see Kipiplugins help needed

HI I have a Dapper install that is running good with the exception of Digikam. I have digikam 0.8.2-rc1-0ubuntu3, digikamimageplugins 0.8.0-11-1ubuntu1, kipiplugins 0.1+rc1-1ubuntu2, and libkipi0 0.1.2-2ubuntu6. My problem is that the kipiplugins are not seen in digikam. Can some one help me get them working. Thanks for your help.
