Kaffeine's playlist

Hey, everybody

Here's my probleme:
I load a directory (of 30 songs) in kaffeine's playlist. Kaffeine reads the list from top to bottom in one or two seconds (!!!) and then stops. It plays nothing...
What do I have to do?

What are you trying to play?
I'm guessing that this is a fresh installation of Kubuntu, and that you are trying to play MP3 files? If so, you need to install the necessary codec(s) for that.

Exactly. I am coming from Mepis where codecs are pre-installed. So I didn't know what was missing and what to do for that. I followed the link you gave me and now everything seems to work very well.
