    Firefox Icon

Every time I want to use Firefox I have to launch the program from the run command within the "K" menu.

Is there a way to have the Firefox Icon on my desktop?

    Again, thanks for your help!

Yes. Right-click the desktop and create a launcher. For the command, use
    Code:
    firefox

Do you not have a Firefox Icon in your KMenu? Unless you installed Firefox by downloading it from mozilla.com instead of installing the [K]Ubuntu package via adept then it should be listed under Internet.
