cannot run apt-get update, I get unknown gpgv error

Every time I run apt-get update I get the following

any help would be appreciated.
I'm most concerned about these gpg errors. Can I just regen the key to correct?

Looks more to me like the system cannot find an executable copy of the gpgv program. Make sure you can run it from the command line.
