I made a big boo-boo

I deleted something I shouldn't have by mistake. It was initrd.img-2.6.15-23-386 from /boot/

I used rm so I have probably no way of getting it back right? Am I screwed or is there something I can do here?

I'm afraid to reboot!!

EDIT-Would the following work?

mkinitrd -o /boot/initrd.img-2.6.15-23-386
