Installing Alternate Keymaps

I'm running on a relatively fresh install of Dapper and would like to switch to an alternate keymap not found in the standard install.

The layout I would like to change to can be found here, under the heading "Capewell (Close)":

I've not found any resources that allow one to custom create a map, and would very much appreciate being pointed in the right direction. Any ideas?

This is not something, I have tried (The only course I failed in high school was personal typing.), but I suggest that you start with "man loadkeys" and "man keymaps". This is way beyond switching individual keys with xmodmap.
