who uses paragon ntfs driver ?

Captive crashes my system when attempting to write.

So, I  bought me a copy of the ntfs for linux driver, offered by Paragon.
I was wondering if any of you ppl has managed to get this thing working in Dapper. All dependencies are installed but it keeps complaining about kernel headers
