I have checked around for the correct packages to install in order to get DVDs to play back. When I first started, I got the expected errors from Kaffeine about not being able to find the media and so forth.
Well, not I have got libdvdcss2 installed, and so forth, but playback still doesn't work. Kaffeine doesn't complain when I play a DVD, audio works fine--you can hear it going through the different menus and so forth--but there is no video, just a bright pink square where you'd expect it to be.
Funny thing is, if you try to pull a screencap from Kaffeine, it shows the correct video.
Any ideas?
