    Sources.list silly (?) question

    May I delete the sources repositories in my sources.list like the one below, with no harm? I'm a domestic user, not a programmer.

    deb-src http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu breezy main restricted universe multiverse

    Yes, you can delete it with no harm.

    Rather than deleting it, though, you should just put a # sign in front of the line. That'll make apt-get and Adept ignore it. That way, if you ever want to put it back, you can just remove the # sign instead of retyping the line or copying and pasting it back in.
