Flash and Firefox (solved)

I just got Flight 6 to install (clean install) and did an update with Adept Updater and am extremely impressed with the aesthetics of this distro.

My problem however is getting plugins to work for Firefox.

For Flash, I installed swf-player and libraries through Adept but the flash file will not play properly and freezes firefox, Now when I try to go to Mozilla to get extensions I get a whole bunch of error messages.

Any help would be appreciated!!

I changed my sources list to include multiverse (not backports) and it worked.
