Installed DVD::RIP but cannot find it

Hi,

I have installed DVD::RIP using Adept in Dapper5 and is showing as installed.

I am unable to find it in the K menu. Where should it have gone and how can I run it?

You can run it from a terminal window by typing in 'dvdrip'

you can also add it to you kmenu by right-clicking on your Kmenu button, selecting "Menu Editor", and click on the Nrw Item button, the second icon from the left. Fill in DVD::RIP for the name, put "dvdrip in the Command box, and whatever you want (or nothing) in the description. Then you can drag the item to wherever you want it, then click the "save" icon

This is not a bug per se, I find a few applications, mostly in Universe, that are not packaged with the files needed to be seen by the kmenu, or the gnome menu for that matter.
