saving hotmail folder to a cd

One of the folders of my hotmail account has over 500 items and I would like to save them to a cd.
I cannot find any information in the Hotmail Help section and am hoping that I am not reduced to copying each item individually.
Anyone know if Yahoo mail allows this?
