Font is too bold

I've fully updated many packages.
Now bold font display on my screen is too bold....

any solution?

I have changed my .fonts.config with

and that worked for me. Also take a look at http://www.ubuntuforums.org/showthre...highlight=font for some more tips.

however it doen't work for me....

all bold english font still looks too bold for me....
