problem with wmv

when i try playing wmv i receive a xine message A problem occured while loading a library or a decoder: wmvdmod.dll i have no picture but i do have sound. i installed the codecs from the resticted repository. need help to view images thanks

Have you tried playing these with VLC? It seems to do most things pretty well.
