how to install libgtk2.0-dev

hi,
i am new to linux i have install kubuntu 6.06.1 dapper.
i could not able to install
libgtk2.0-dev and
libgdk-pixbuf

i try

sudo apt-get install libgtk2.0-dev
sudo apt-get install libgdk-pixbuf-dev both not found

i have enable universe repositories too. result are
libgdk-pixbuf-dev is broken archive
libgtk2.0-dev can't find

please help me how i install both lib's
