Billing Software

Can anyone recommend any billing software? I used to use Microsoft Small Business but seeing as how I've gone off almost all Microsoft products (except HALO. I can't give that up just yet) I was looking for an alternative.

I would like to be able to do recurring billing (IE, the invoices can be set up to reoccur monthly), but past that I have no requirements.

Any suggestions?

I think GNUcash will do what you want. It's in the repositories, and this is their home page.
