Non-destructive partitioner?

Hi all.
Is the partitioner in Kubuntu Dapper livecd a non-destructive one?
I need to resize my partitions, and right now I don't have a Partition Magic or something. I don't know about the one in livecd because my partitions were already made when I first installed Dapper.

I downloaded the image and made a LiveUSB install. Worked correctly, all my data is here, sizes are ok.
Very nice tool. 50MB only.
