Email set Up

I have looked through everything I can find on setting up a Email account but cannot find an answer to my problem .
I checked with my ISP before hand And was told that All the entries in a Linux account would be the same as Outkook Express .
I have got the send mail working OK but cannot seem to get the receive working

How I have it is

Login = my normal ISP login name

Password = Normal ISP password

Host = mail.ndo.com
have also tried just = ndo.com
Should the first part be entered as "pop3.mail.ndo.com"

I cannot understand where I am going wrong have set up a few in the past but I keep trying different ways but no luck . Some help would be most welcome or perhaps point me in the right direction for a tutorial
Sorry I am so green spent too long having everything done for me by Mr Gates .

pop3.mail.ndo.com

If "outbound" were set to e.g. smtp.ndo.com, for "inbound" I'd try pop3.ndo.com.

(Sorry for the guesswork, but your ISP's web site doesn't provide much information.)

Solved the problem many thanks for your help .As usual I was doing things A*s* about face.
