        Sorry I did not see this thread earlier, because I know how to play the vidoeos at Fox news.

        You get an extension called Greasemonkey for Firefox. The you go to http://userscripts.org/ and install a Greasemonkey Script called FoxNews Friendly Video. Once you have that installed your flash plugin will play those fox News videos just fine and you get the added bonus of skipping the lead in commercial. This works! I've been using it for months! There are a lot of other scripts available for GreaseMonkey that help with other web pages. I like one called PK Launch that allows you to play videos directly from yahoo that link up with another site. Have fun
