Installing quanta

In the April 2007 issue of Linux Magazine, quanta is recommended as an excellent web page development environment.

I have had Kubuntu installed for more than a year. It automagically updated to Dapper Drake, so I don't have a DD compact disk. It appears that neither Adept Package Manager nor apt-get will allow me to install quanta without the 6.06 CD.

How is that "Kubuntu is a user friendly operating system based on KDE, the K Desktop Environment. "?

Er What exactly happens when you issue the following console command:

sudo apt-get install quanta
