Cannot install transcode

Would like to install transcode but Adept tells me BREAK. Checking the requirements there are two problems: libxml2 >= 2.6.27 (have 2.6.26) and libpng12-0 >= 1.2.13 (have 1.2.8), both being the responsibility of the Ubuntu core development team.

How can I go on from here?

Check back later. Sometimes the ubuntu team get their packages out-of-sync by upgrading some before others, in my experience that's the usual source of break messages. If it still doesn't work within the week, some more investigation will be needed.
