    running freeradius

greetings all, fresh meat has arrived.

    a little background:
currently in a school project and we have decided on setting up a freeradius server for wireless AAA services.

but I feel i'm in way over my head so here I am for advice and guidance.

currently I have managed to install freeradius using the command apt-get install freeradius

to make this work I had to acces the edgy universe repositories to download the depencie packages .

so at this point freeradius is installed.
in /etc/freeradius are all the config files
in /usr/sbin are some of the commands used to operate freeradius
but to actually boot the server I need to use radiusd -x

    but the command isn't present.
in my home folder I get a startup log from freeradius which is running /usr/sbin/check-radiusd-config
and then It gets an error since radiusd isn't present there

now I'm not a miracle worker in a linux environment and I was hoping that someone has been able to set up a freeradius server using a oracle DB I could sure use the help trying to get it running.

    greetings
Working...
