Wine - "Error reading TrayIcon1->Visible: Cannot create shell notification icon"

I am trying to run G4FON's Koch Morse Trainer, http://www.g4fon.net/ using wine

The install works, but when I try to run it, I get a dialogue box with the following error:

"Error reading TrayIcon1->Visible: Cannot create shell notification icon"

I don't have a real windows install or original dlls for wine to use.
