XMMS ukrainian language support

Hi there!
I've installed XMMS to listen *.mp3 music files. Everything is OK except one thing: XMMS does not display correctly ID3 tags in ukrainian and russian languages. I have many *.mp3 files with cyrillic ID3 tags so it's a problem. Also XMMS does not show correctly files with cyrillic symbols in the name.

Will appreciate any help.
