i have a Power Macintosh G3 and when i try to boot from the Kubuntu cd, nothing happens, it goes strait to "Loading Mac OS 9.2".
here are the things i've tried:
open firmware "boot cdrom"
holding in C while booting
startup disk control panel (doesn't recognize disk)
holding in OPT while booting
holding in cmd+alt+shift+delete while booting (with delete meaning delete and backspace)
turning the computer on with cd in
nothing seems to work
I'm using Kubuntu 6.06
The compatibility says "For Apple Macintosh G3, G4, and G5 computers, including iBooks and PowerBooks." so i really need some help with figuring out why this won't work.
