Hi
Just wanted to introduce myself, and ask a question. I'm pretty up to speed with hardware and with Windows, but LInux is new to me. I've just built a new ultra-cheap machine (Athlon 2800+) and installed Kubuntu on it. Most things are going well but I've a problem with the wireless network. When I reboot the computer, 50% or more of the time it "forgets" the IP address of the default gateway (my router) and I have to set it again using System Settings - a pain.
Any ideas what could be going on?
Thanks
Nick
